二、结构设计

1. 衬里工艺

松衬法PTFE板材焊接成型后装入壳体,适用常压/低压容器

紧衬法PTFE粉料模压烧结→金属壳体热胀冷缩嵌套,耐压等级 ≤0.8MPa

等压成型(高端型):PTFE悬浮树脂喷涂+高温烧结,无接缝,耐真空 -0.098MPa

1. Lining Techniques

Loose Lining: PTFE sheets welded & inserted into shell (for atmospheric/low-pressure vessels)

Compression Lining: PTFE powder molded/sintered → thermally shrunk onto metal shell (pressure rating ≤0.8MPa)

Isostatic Molding (Premium): PTFE suspension sprayed + sintered, seamless, vacuum resistance -0.098MPa
